Your Own Personal Wellness Plan

Are you looking for a wellness plan? Tired of trying to figure out if what you’re doing is helpful or not? Maybe you’re taking lots of vitamins, but don’t feel you’re making enough progress?

Believe it or not, there are a lot of folks out there taking way too many nutritional supplements. Just because you read an article or see something on TV that seems like good advice, doesn’t necessarily mean that you should take what’s being recommended.

After all, “every body” is different and unique, and what may be great for some, might not be for others. Some things may actually be harmful to you and your particular system.

Over the years of creating wellness plans, I’ve had loads of satisfied clients, even some so-called “miracles.” I’d be happy to work with you, too– on a first-come, first-served basis.

I’ll perform a complete Saliva Analysis, which includes:

Spread sheet with the results of the analysis; the issues I suggest you address, organized by category, along with explanations and what has historically been used to remedy the precise circumstances

The same information in outline form, by priority. In other words, issues and suggested remedies in the order of their importance (People process information differently, and I have found offering the results in these two formats seems to help everyone)

An abbreviated version of the wellness plan is also available, if you wish a lesser commitment. This lower intensity version is quite valuable, and many of my long term clients actually prefer it. The natural cure suggestions can be easily carried out in even the busiest of lifestyles (Some clients take advantage of this version 2 to 3 times each year).

What comes next:

1. Now, download the information form. It is a pdf file, so you will need a pdf reader to open it. If you don’t already have one on your computer, you can get Adobe Reader here for free.

2. Print out and fill in your information form, making sure to check which reading you desire. Don’t forget to include your PayPal transaction number, so I can match your payment to your information and sample.

3. You will need a cotton ball and a small, zipper-type bag (such as ZipLock®). Follow instructions for saliva sample.

4. You’ll get an email from personal-wellness-consultant.com acknowledging receipt of your payment and saliva sample. A second email containing your wellness report (attachment in pdf format) will arrive later, when it is completed.

You should have your results within a week or so after I receive your kit in the mail. As a professional wellness advisor, I consider your information to be privileged and private.
