On the first day, eat only fruit (any fruit except bananas), and eat as much as you want.

Consuming only herb teas causes your body to release toxins, inorganic salt and excess calcium deposits in the body's tissues.

On the third day, it's back to eating.

This time, have all the vegetables you want-- raw, steamed, or both. It's OK to season lightly with herbs and/ or Celtic salt.

This provides minerals to the digestive tract.

The fourth and final day, make a big pot of vegetable broth using all your favorites that are available. Certainly onions, garlic, parsley, and celery are very useful, and will help to increase flavor and organic sodium for nourishing nerves.

Try carrots, broccoli stems, cabbage, bell peppers, tomatoes, and whatever else you enjoy. Avoid the starchy vegetables like potatoes, squash, corn, and beans.

Drink the broth all day. This provides minerals to the blood, lymphatic, nervous, and glandular systems.

Don't forget to drink lots of pure water every day, and taking a walk each morning and afternoon would be quite helpful.
